What is Media Education?
Public Group active 7 months, 1 week agoThe public perception of media education, if there is one, is vague and confused. This group will try to provide some hard evidence about what it being taught, by whom and to whom, and whether anybody learns anything. No self-celebration, please!
You may currently still join a group but and read past
discussions but be aware that all discussion now takes
place in the forum environment

What is Media Education?: 1 year agoHello to Jack, Elena and Alan who’ve recently joined this group. Have you also been to the Manifesto site at http://www.manifestoformediaeducation.co.uk? It’d be interesting to hear your comments. Or maybe like me, you are less interested in manifestoes and more interested in evidence about who’s learning what. Please share some information about your work!

Never too late… I’ve commented on your blog. MEA is currently the best place to fight for the things media education needs. Let’s hope the new-look site will enable more dynamic discussions here!
Thank you Tim. It’s great to be on board. I can’t see a comment on the blog, perhaps it’s not updated quite yet.
